On Monday i went bowling with the group. Despite the fact i had not been bowling for ages i won the second game. although i did trip on the laces before i got my winning stike lol.

Sorry I have not posted but it has been busy. I am not going into details because it would take all day so here is a list:

We went to Legoland on Monday. We did lots of rides. My favorite was the dragon roller coaster. We also had a look around mini land were they had copied lots of the world.
When we got to the London bit we saw a Lego dalek on top of Canary Wharf aka Torchwood.

I went to Blacklands farm with the group. We did trampolining, a crate challenge where two people stand on the crate tower while some others built up the tower. The other four were holding the safety ropes in case we fell.We had a record of 14 crates high. We also did some archery.

On Sunday me and Dad went up to West End Live to see the Lego Roadshow. I took part in a Lego Mosaic and found out how high I was in Lego bricks. 180 for those who are interested. We then had a walk around Covent Garden and watched some street performers.

Ok here is what happened in sailing.

Lesson 3
When we got the there were some school kids were doing a day thing so we had to share the lake. It also meant that the best life jackets had been taken. I think the thing we learnt best was how to doge boats bigger than us who are trying to splash you.

Lesson 4
Really hectic but nothing worth saying.

Lots of splashing as we got out the paddles.
Got soaked by the instructors speed boat. he came past and we got court by the waves.
I told the others in the boat to turn ( I was at the front) but they didn't. so I got
hit right up to the waist. Still the wave carried on going and got the others wet.
Serves them right for not turning.

Sorry i havent posted but i have had a mad week.

On wednsday we had a friend over. We played on the climing frame for most of the time. But then the others got out the water pistols.

On Friday it was realy hectic I had to go sailing Samuel and William had to go to the bromely meeting and then we had to go to a friends party. We made it but it was close.

On sunday we put up our new trampoline. We still have our climing frame but it has been changed and moved.

wet week

On Wednesday we went to the Chatham Historic Dockyard.

First we went on a guided tour of how they made the wooden ships.

We then went on to the HMS Gannet which is a restored sailing ship. I then said that when dad had got lots of money like he keeps going on about he had to buy me a sailing ship like it.

After lunch we then went on to the HMS cavalier a world war 2 destroyer.

We then ( after a few tantrums ) went to the police museum. Samuel and William played on a model of a police public call box (aka the tardis ) while me, mum and dad went in to the museum. Check out the tardis!

On Friday I had sailing again.
It was the worst sailing i had ever been to.

We rigged the boat wrong at first. Well my partner did. Then we fond out one of the screws in the boat was loose so we started to take on water. then we were the slowest boat to get up the river. Then the rope that kept the boom from swinging aroned came undone. Then as we went back to the jetty i was sitting on the front of the boat and we were going to fast and my partner didn't slow us down and we hit the jetty to fast i went flying out of the boat and into the water. I just maneged to get on to the jetty but if i didn't i would have gone under. Not a good day is it?

On Monday me, William, mum and dad went shopping. I had to get a new coat, William had to get some more clothes and mum and dad were looking for a Internet connector thing to give the computer in Samuel and Williams room Internet access. The in the first shop William got his stuff but it didn't sell coats but I got a new top. After all mum and dad are paying.In the next shop we then found a coat and as we went to the computer store dad saw someone who goes to a speaking thing dad does. After a 5 minute chat we got the Internet access thing and got a McDonald's. When we got back dad took Samuel to get a McDonald's since he had stayed behind.

On Friday we went to the teen group.

We were late because mum and dad had to go shopping first. I went with them so that I could get chocolate (evil laugh).

It rained all the way down to the teen thing and stopped the moment we got out of the car. I went outside and played for a bit. I soon found the toy swords and challenged everyone to a sword fight. Only got two in the end. I won them both.

Had lunch and went back outside to see that one of the people had brought a rc robot thing. After playing you can't get me with it I suggested that we all bring some rc stuff (rc means remote controlled for those of you who don't know) and have a robot war. Then it started to rain so went in and played with the Lego.

And that's it. Now got to go get my N.S.E.C.T. ready for WAR. Bye.

sailing lesson1 level2

On Friday I went to my first level2 sailing lesson. HURRAY. I was a bit worried about the wind there was very little. We also had a new kid there also called Josh. This is going to be confusing. Still what can I do? Anyway by the time we had rigged our boats the wind had picked up so we went very fast. and we had a record as 4 boats went under. Mine was not one of them.

On Monday I got sent back to school! It's not fair. Just because I couldn't remember my 12 times tables.

APRIL FOOL. I bet you fell for it didn't you.

Ok now the real post.
On Monday mum and dad left for a meeting in Sheffield. Just me, my brothers and my nan at home. my brothers nearly drove me mad. Mum and dad get back today. I don't know if I will be able to stay sane for that long though.

space day

On Tuesday we got up at 7 o clock ( that's very early for me ). me, Samuel and dad got in the car and went on the long drive to get to a space day thing. It took a long time because of the traffic.

When we got to the place which to Samuel's horror was in a school. Don't worry it was still a home ed trip it was just in a school. Ironic isn't it?

At first we were not sure where to go but when we found it it was a bit cramped. More people turn up than they thought were coming. We then went into the hall where the blow up planetarium was. It looked like a big silver bubble. We did a bit about the planets and the solar system and then moved on to stars. They turned off the lights and projected the night sky onto the roof of the bubble thing. I saw two constellations straight away.

We then went out of the bubble and had a quick break whilst they took down the bubble. We then made some moon spinners to show all the moon's phases. We then had lunch and a play before starting the next activity.

We split into teams of 4. We had to make 2 rockets. Two of us would make a rocket to go highest and the other two would make a rocket to be reusable. I was making the fast rocket. It was the basic design but when I tested it it was very good. We were going to launch them out side ( by the way we were using air to launch them ) but it started to rain. So they moved the launcher to an angle so we could see which went furthest. My rocket was one of the ones that hit the wall at the end of the hall.

We then got in the car and went home.

On Thursday we went to a play area a bit like monkey bizz but bigger. It's called fun drum.
It took a while to get there but it we got over the long journey by figuring out how long it was since we were there last there.

On Friday we went to the bromley meeting. Despite the fact it was meant to rain it was really warm and sunny. We were out side most of the time and found a lot of cool places to play in.
We all so found a tape measure which some one had tied around a tree. I don't know why someone had tied it to the tree though.

pottery

On Wednesday we went to bromley to paint some pottery. It took us a little While to find it but we got there first.

There was so much to chose from. In the end i chose a model dragon. Three of us were paining dragons and we were at the same table. I think i did well. I was a bit slow so mum had to help me do the second coating but i did every thing else my self.

On Friday we went to the bromley home ed meeting. It was in a hall in the middle of no were. A lot of peaple showed up a reporter also came. It was a lot of fun.

On monday we went to godstone farm. Again. It was same as last time until the end when lots of school kids ( i think they were in year one) came into the play barn. It was very crowded.

On Monday I went to bowling with the group. First game I came second, second game I came fourth ( five people played), third game I came last. Sniff. Still i have had a cold for a while so I have a excuse and I am sticking to it.

Halls Green

On Friday I went to Halls Green with the teen group from my church. It was lots of fun.

We went swimming, abseiling, climbing, a very muddy assault course, plus some wide games.

I shared a bedroom with five people. They were all mad!

I didn't manage to actually do the abseiling; I climbed up ok, but just couldn't quite bring myself to "sit down" over thin air, which is what you had to do to go over the top.

However one good thing was that my dormintory team won so I have a full stash of chocolate hidden in one of my shoes (can't say which one in case Samuel reads this!)

We also had a bonfire on the second night, complete with twelve bags of marshmellows! I'd also helped build the bonfire.

The wide game was, we were in two teams. First we had to get our stickers from team base to the other, without getting caught. I got so close to getting a sticker on but the whistle blew just as I got there! Then we had to go and find our team's "hider in the woods". I found the OTHER team's hider, but not ours!

Mum got stressed because my phone didn't work down there so I didn't text her every hour on the hour like she wanted me to!

I had a great time but I was glad to get to sleep in my own bed last night.

bowling and old hospitals

On monday I went bowling with the group. I'm not sure about the score but I know that on the first game I came fouth the seconed game I came second and the third game I came second. Not a bad score is it.

On tueseday we went on a trip to a old Operating Theatre. There were lots of things that were used back in the 19th century. There were also lots of tools there. We then listened to a talk on what it was like in the hospital. We were also gave us a demonstration on what suergy was like. One of the people was a bit to keen on cuting somone up.

On Sunday dad left to go to Sheffield to teach people how to be sales men. He got back on Wednesday. Yesterday I went to the hairdressers. It had very good service I was in and out in 12 minutes.

This has been one busy week.

On Friday it was Samuel's birthday. In the morning we watched Samuel opened his presents. And then it went mad. Mum was sorting out the food, Samuel and William were playing with Samuel's presents, i was downstairs looking after Jonathon and dad went out to do something.
When the guests arrived i was running back and forth opening the door checking on Jonathon repeat and so on. Now i know how mum feels.

Samuel opened his presents and we then went up to the the park. We played up there for a bit before coming back home where some more friends had arrived.

In the afternoon some schooled friends came round with more presents.

Old friends,Tutankhamun and the O2

On Sunday we went up to London to see some old friends of ours. It was a long journey but it was worth it.

As it turned out we got there early so we left a note and went to a nearby park. Now your bound to know what we are like in parks. We were ok at first but i ended up trying to strangle Samuel. You see there was a sort of sliding handle thing which you grab on to and slide across. Now i was taking a run up to grab it when Samuel who was not anywhere close enough to use it grabbed it just as i did. Because Samuel was holding on it didn't slid so flew of and Landed on my back. Ouch you must be saying and that's what i said along with other things i won't mention.

Yesterday the home ed group had a trip to the O2 building to see a showing of Tutankhamun.
It didn't take long to find our friends. We then played it until we joined the queue to go in.

I got a narrated walk though listing thing so i could find out more. It was amazing. To think it was all so old and it all had so much detail they had statues of people so realistic you could almost feel it was alive.

We didn't buy anything in the gift shop but we did go and had a drink.

pizza and TGR

On Tuesday Samuel and William went out to monkey bizz which you should remember from other posts. Whilst they were out my nan took me to pizza hut for lunch. I then watched some tv and played on the computer.

Later on I went to the teenage reading group at the local library. It was ok but some of the kids were a bit.....well.....a bit mad still it was fun.

Christmas and the new year

I had a quiet Christmas this year along with lots of presents. I got 3 DVDs, 8 books, and a couple of toys. On Friday we went to a friends house.

On Sunday an old friend of mums came round.
On new years eve we went shopping in the morning. In the afternoon we went round to 2 of our friends houses. Busy time.

sorry i haven't posted for a while but i haven't found the time till now.

On Thursday the 13 we went to lapland uk it was lots of fun.first we made a wooden puzzle in the toy factory, then we got to make gingerbread, we saw real reindeer, met some husky dogs, listened to some traditional story telling and meet Santa. busy day isn't it? my mum also maneged to get some photos. we also got a photo that was taken in the grotto. we where then given a 3d puzzle each and a christmas book.

On Monday me and my dad went bowling with the home ed group. We played three games. I lost all of them. I didn't even get a strike.

On Tuesday teachers tv came to film us. They filmed William reading, Samuel doing cooking and leaning french and me blogging on my book blog. After that they had a interview with me and then my mum.

We then went to monkey bizz with the tv crew. When we got there we had to wait for the tv crew because they wanted to film us going in. In the end we had to go in with out them because they were late. when they got there they filmed some of the mums and then filmed us playing. Then they left.

We then went up to my friend Theo's house for his party. Me and Samuel then got in his dad's car and went to a near by bowling alley. Yes I got to go bowling two nights in a row. We then met so of Theo's other friends. We played two games. I won the first one. I came second in the second game. After we had played we went back to his house for food. So busy day wasn't it?

On Friday. sniff. I had. sniff. My final sailing lesson. waaaaaahaaaaahaaaa. We had a race after which we went to the the award ceremony for the kayaking and the sailing. We all passed. On the way home we got a MacDonald's to celebrate.

On Sunday after lunch my mum, dad and baby brother went to Sheffield. My mum was going to a home ed meeting and dad was going to look after the baby. So me and my other two brothers were being looked after by my nan. After they had gone Samuel and William went on the computer and i got down my Risk bard game so i could read the instructions. After i finished i mucked around with the pits of the game. Same sort of thing happened on Monday. Me and samuel were in the middle of a game when mum, dad and Jonathon got back. We helped them bring there stuff in and i then went to read my book.

On this sailing lesson we learnt what to do if we are going to be toed and we also went around a course of three markers. We then had a race from the jetty to the island at the far end of the lake and back. My boat came..............third. We would have got second if someone hadn't used the boat me and my team were in as a push off ramp. Still we were Miles ahead of the boat in 4th.

play areas,parks and visiters

On Tuesday we went to Monkey bizz.

On Wednesday me, my brothers and my dad went to Keston park with two friends.
We went for a walk built and a dam in a stream. Later I went to the bus stop by our house to wait for a friend. When he arrived we went on to the Internet, then watch a movie. Whilst he showed off his phone. Then we had dinner. We then went up stairs to play a game in the dark.

For anyone who is interested here is how to play. First get a torch each. (If you don't have a torch any light will do). Second turn the main lights off and run to a hiding place. Now you must sneak around until you see some one. When you do point your light at them and turn it on quickly. They will now be out. Make sure that you don't leave your light on for too long or some one might see you. If you get caught go to a corner some where and then say "I'm out" so that every one knows how many people are left. Whoever is the last man standing wins.

On Friday my third sailing session looked scary. It was so windy. first we did our theory before rigging our boats. We got halve way and realised that the wind was getting stronger. In the end we made two boats and took it in turns to sail.

fireworks party and a museum

On Saturday we had an indoor day.

On Sunday it was the same.

On Monday we had a fireworks party. So we spent the morning preparing for that. The guests started to arrive at five. We had some food then went out to the garden and watched the fireworks.

On Tuesday me and my dad went to the British Museum with the home ed group. We got up at seven had breakfast and got on the train. We then had a shortish walk to the museum. On the way we met some of our Friends. We dropped of our coats in the room were the schools (or home ed groups) put there stuff in. Then we met our tour guide and went into the terracotta army exhibit. We spent some time being told about the army and the first emperor and his kingdom and the we went around the exhibit. It was amazing.

We then went to the gift shop.

After which we explored the other exhibits and then went to lunch. Then we walked to the station. On the way we saw a street entertainer and one of my friends was picked as a volunteer to help.

Two of my Friends came home with us to play for a bit.

We then had a chinese for dinner.

Aquaphobia and a halloween party

Sorry I have not posted for a time but I wasn't sure how to translate what happened into words. But I will try.

On Saturday our washing machine broke.

On Sunday we went to our uncle's new house. When we got back we found that our toilet had cracked. What's more mum found out that the sun roofs in the car in the car were leaking.

Now you can see the aquaphobia part of my post.

On Wednesday the plumber came to fix the toilet. He took all morning. Then at four me and my brothers went to a party at the church.

4 day post

Sorry I haven't posted for a while but this is the first chance I have had.

On Saturday my uncle aunt and Little cousin came over with some birthday presents, which included some books and 2 DVDs.

On Sunday we hoped into the car and drove to Sheffield which took most of the day. When we got there we went to our friend Fiona's flat. She took us to a park where William (hands up those who can see where this is going) got hit on the head by a tire swing. So he spent the evening
in A and E. Meanwhile me mum Sam and Fiona went back to the flat (dad took Will to the hospital with another friend).

Later when dad and will got back to the flat we had diner and went to the travelodge and watched part of one of my new DVDs.

On Monday we drove to the national space centre in Leicester. First we went to the cafe for lunch. Then me and my dad saw a twenty minute 3d film on what it is like to be an astronaut. Then we looked at some of the exhibits before we went to the gift shop after which we began
the long journey home.

On Tuesday it was my BIRTHDAY!!!!!

I got: a top and a jumper from nan, a book from Sam and Will, a phone from dad, a series of books from mum and dad and a digital radio also from mum and dad.

Then me and Sam watched the rest of my DVD whilst mum and dad sorted out the last minute preparations for my party. Then my guests arrived.

From them I got; some money,a book card,a Flying disk and a flying dragon set.

After the food me and my friends went to the cinema to see Ratatouille.

After everyone had gone me and Sam watched my other DVD after which we had a family diner.

On Sunday we had a family friend come round .

Yesterday i went to an art lesson at a friends house.
We made salt dough eyes and learnt how to draw
eyes in different ways.Then we had a break on the trampoline.

After that we were allowed to make anything we wanted.
At first i didn't know what i wanted to make.
Eventually i decided to make a pot but i could not get
it to look right. however after a couple of tries i did get it right.

kayaking lessons 4

Yesterday at the lesson I learnt how to go sideways and how to keep yourself from capsizing if your halfway in all ready.

We also played stuck in the water [which is a lot like stuck in the mud only on water] and to my surprise I managed to dodge one of the best people in the group! [no honest, I did].

Then we did a relay race across the small part of the lake.

It was red vs the other colours.

I was in red team.

Reds won!!!!!!!! yes!!

Despite the fact the other team cheated.

The summary of my week

Sorry for not posting for a while but its been a busy week.

On Tuesday I went to an indoor play park.

On Wednesday I watched myself on TV! You can read the report and watch the thing here. I also had a friend over.

On Thursday I had a birthday meal out with my Nan, and the rest of the family.

On Friday, a bit of a hectic day, cos my brothers and my Dad went to a cake stall that was up at our local church and whilst they were out I had to look after my screaming baby brother for a few minutes, answer the phone whilst he was still screaming, and rush around doing odd jobs for a few minutes. A bit later I went to my kayaking thing whilst it was raining. Not fun!

Saturday was an indoor day, at last. Sunday I did a little bit of acting with Impact, which is the teen group at church.

Monday was another indoor day when I should have blogged but it had been driven out of my mind by all the other things that had happened during the week.

Yesterday I was on the computer alot and yes I forgot to blog again!

Today I did a couple of things about maps and how to use them, cos Mum got a free map (one for each 11 year old). I went on Neopets, which is an online site. For more information click here. Then I went onto a learning site called BrainPop. You get to watch all sorts of videos about history and other stuff. I watched ones on Harry Potter, Agatha Christie, dark matter, black holes, solar system, WW1, WW2, Korean War, Pirates, Great wall of china, Napoleon, seven wonders of the world, robots and lasers.

Then I went outside to play with my brothers. No, there were no garden forks involved this time!

News Crews and Libraries

today I had the tv crew come round. My mum is doing the bit for Channel 4 and they wanted a family as well, so we got dragged into it.

Lucky us!

So I spent most of the day with that, which was quite fun. they filmed me blogging - my earlier post, they were filming me whilst I did it!

Then they filmed my brother baking shortbread, with my dad. Then they filmed my other brother making stuff. Then they had a quick interview with my mum and then they filmed us getting books out of the library. Which was fun.

So, an eventful day, but a good one. A lot more interesting than school!

Its meant to be on the tv on Wednesday, on Channel 4 News. I think its about 7pm.

kayaking lessons - 2

On Friday I went to my second kayaking lesson.

This time we learnt how to go backwards and to my horror we did a capsize test. In other words we had to fall in on purpose.

Which wasn't fun but at least I had a wet suit on.

Bowling, forks and animal parks

Sorry I've not posted for a couple of days but lots of stuff has been happening.

Now then ...Three days ago I went bowling with some friends. We played over three games.

First game I WON !!! Second game I came in fourth #sigh# Third game I WON!!!

Later when I got home my brothers forced me to help them dig a hole in the garden. Now we were jumping from one part of the hole to another.

(you can see where this is going can't you?)

I am not going into details about what happened but we ended up with garden fork hitting my five year old brother's foot... so now he has a hole in his foot.

The day after that we had to look after him.

Yesterday we whent to Godstone farm with the home ed group. We got see the animals, go on a tractor ride and play in the park there which was all fun.

Kayaking Lessons

On Friday I started Kayaking lessons. To my surprise I was actually slightly good.

Luckily enough I didn't fall in, despite the fact that a ton of other people did.

So far I've learnt how to control my kayak, and that water polo is extremely difficult! I've also learnt how to go round and round in circles.

No - seriously - I was MEANT to be learning that!

I'm going to be doing it for five weeks and hopefully I will be able to get my certificate by then, and if not, I hope I don't have to go through it all again.

My holiday in Disneyland

We've just come back from holiday in Euro Disney.

My Dad got on really well with Goofy!

It was really fun but the train journey there was a bit boring. We went from Waterloo International because my Dad promised my train-mad brother that we would go on the fast line from Waterloo which meant the journey was even longer and therefore a bit more boring.

Oh well, it was worth it though.

When we first got there my youngest brother - almost, not including my baby brother - was really excited when he first saw it cos he'd never been before. It was the look on his face, it just made me happy as well. My first smile at Disneyland.

I really enjoyed my stay and I also went on my first proper rollercoaster - the Aerosmith Rock 'n' Roller coaster, and it was well fun! It went upside down a few times, did a number of corkscrews and it was REALLY LOUD.

One evening I went out to the Disney village with my Dad - and I managed to get a couple of cheeky comments in as well - and it was good to have a bit of time without my slightly annoying brothers. Please note, slightly annoying is the understatement of the century!

I've got a ton of photos and if I can, and I nag Mum enough, I will get some of them on the blog.
